Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will start with administrative duties and customer service while learning jewelry repair basics and polishing techniques.

As you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, you will gain hands-on experience and participate in our comprehensive training program designed to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler within a promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up with administrative responsibilities, including customer service and clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and learn basics of jewelry repair, starting with polishing and quality control.
• Progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through a structured training journey.
