Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will start by handling administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry photography, then train toward bench jeweler skills.

Our training program promotes from within, offering hands-on learning from polishing to basic repair, with opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan as you grow your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks and customer service for stores and customers.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and learn basic jewelry repair starting with polishing.
• Learn jewelry repair basics toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment.
