Signet Jewelers invites entry-level candidates to join our Field Design & Service Center as Jeweler Apprentices. You will begin with administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry handling, while gaining hands-on experience in polishing and repairs.

The program advances you toward becoming a skilled Bench Jeweler through a structured, promote-from-within journey. As you progress, you access full training, potential certification, and a path from apprentice to artisan within our extensive US

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/interest is helpful.
• Willingness to learn toward becoming a Jeweler.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and customer service for stores and customers.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn jewelry repair basics, starting with polishing and quality control.
• Progress through training toward a bench jeweler role.
