Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You start by handling administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry intake, while you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. You will learn basic repair steps and gain hands-on experience.

The program promotes from within, offering a full training journey and opportunities to advance as you develop skills in polishing, sizing, and stone setting across our U.S. centers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and customer service.
• Photography of jewelry for intake/tracking and learning basics of jewelry repair.
• Polishing jewelry and quality control as you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
• Coordinate with stores and customers in a fast-paced environment.
