Signet Jewelers is recruiting entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. Start by handling administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, then advance toward becoming a Bench Jeweler as you learn the trade.

You will gain hands-on experience with customer service, store interactions, jewelry repair basics, and photos for intake. The program emphasizes growth through comprehensive training and a unique promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some jewelry or jewelry repair/design knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Learn the jewelry trade from the ground up through training and hands-on practice.
• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and customer service workflows.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist with repairs as you train.
• Develop polishing and quality control skills toward bench jeweler status.
• Progress through our promote-from-within training journey.
