Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. As an Apprentice, you will learn the business from the ground up, handling administrative duties, customer interactions, and photography for intake while beginning jewelry repair training.

You will progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment, gaining skills from polishing to quality control and jewelry repair basics with support from our full training

Responsibilities

• As an Apprentice, you will handle full administrative responsibilities, including customer service, interacting with stores and customers, completing administrative/clerical tasks, photography of jewelry for intake/tracking and learning the basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• You will train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler within Signet’s promote-from-within journey.
• You will be part of the Field Design & Service Center Team delivering a Customer-First experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
