Job summary

Signet Jewelers invites entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center teams in a growth-focused program. You will handle administrative duties, assist with customer service, and participate in jewelry photography for intake while you learn polishing and basic repair, progressing toward a Bench Jeweler role.

Starting as an Apprentice, you’ll train through our full program in a promote-from-within environment designed to advance your skills and career in jewelry design

Qualifications

• Customer service minded with interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn jewelry repair basics and polishing.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and clerical duties.
• Assist stores and customers with service center interactions.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn polishing and basic jewelry repair; progress toward bench jeweler.
• Support a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
