Signet Jewelers offers entry-level Jeweler Apprenticeships within its Field Design & Service Centers, with a full training program to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler.

As an Apprentice, you will handle administrative responsibilities, customer service, and jewelry photography for intake/tracking, learning basics of jewelry repair, polishing, and quality control while advancing toward a bench jeweler role.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks for jewelry intake and tracking.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist with basic polishing.
• Assist in customer interactions and stores communications within a fast-paced center.
• Support jewelry repair basics as learning progresses toward bench work.
