Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will start in an Apprentice role handling administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry intake, then progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through our training program.

As you learn, you will photograph pieces for tracking, polish jewelry, assist with repairs, and interact with stores and customers while advancing in a promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative responsibilities and customer service.
• Interact with stores and customers to support intake and tracking.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and quality control.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair and polishing as you train toward bench jeweler.
• Advancement from apprentice to artisan through our promote-from-within program.
