Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices for its Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. The program offers full training to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler, including customer service, clerical duties, and jewelry photography for intake and tracking.

As you progress, you will learn jewelry repair basics with polishing and quality control and advance toward a Bench Jeweler role within Signet’s unique training journey.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Apprentice responsibilities include administrative/clerical tasks and polishing jewelry.
• Interact with stores and customers and assist with intake/tracking photography.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair beginning with polishing and quality control.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through Signet’s training journey.
