Job summary

Signet Jewelers invites entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Begin with administrative duties and polishing, and train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through a full training program.

As an Apprentice, you will learn jewelry repair basics, photography for intake, and interact with stores and customers while progressing from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a fast-paced jewelry environment
• Assist with administrative/clerical tasks and store communications
• Learn jewelry repair basics, polishing and quality control
• Assist with intake, photography of jewelry and tracking
