Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start by completing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, then train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

As an Apprentice, you will learn the business from the ground up, support stores and customers, and gain hands-on experience in jewelry repair, polishing, and quality control. Full-time, 40-hour weeks with overtime.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities and customer service interactions.
• Interacting with stores and customers to process tasks.
• Photography of jewelry for intake/tracking and learning basic repair tasks.
• Polishing and quality control while training toward bench jeweler.
