Signet Jewelers invites entry-level applicants to join an Apprentice Jeweler program in its Field Design & Service Centers. You will start with administrative duties, customer service, and jewelry intake, then train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

We welcome candidates with basic jewelry knowledge and a passion to learn. Our centers offer a full training journey with opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and clerical duties to support team.
• Assist customers in stores and at the Service Center with queries and repairs.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and document repairs progress.
• Learn jewelry repair basics and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
• Assist in daily design and service center operations.
