Job summary

SOME, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an Apprentice/Service Technician I for the Facilities Management department.

Under the direction of the Service Technician III, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance at SOME-owned facilities. The role requires graduation from SOME's CET Building Maintenance Service Technician Training, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to multiple sites; work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with on-call

Qualifications

• Graduate of SOME's CET Building Maintenance Service Technician Training.
• Travel to work sites using own transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance at SOME facilities.
• Inspects facilities for safety and compliance; carries out repairs as needed.
• Assists with carpentry, drywall, doors, windows, and hardware installations.
