DP Electric Inc. in the Texas market is seeking an Apprentice Electrician. This four-level path from Apprentice I to IV provides hands-on training on active commercial and industrial sites, with guidance from journeymen and foremen.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Texas Apprentice Electrician license (TDLR) and renewal.
• Enrollment in or willingness to join an accredited electrical apprenticeship program.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior commercial electrical experience is required for levels II and above.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other components.
• Bends and installs conduit, including EMT, rigid, and PVC.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and diagrams under supervision.
• Troubleshoots electrical issues and helps identify solutions.
• Follows safety regulations and conducts inspections to stay compliant.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and follows all safety protocols.
• Coordinates with other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Participates in training and mentorship to grow trade knowledge.
• Keeps records of work performed, tools used, and materials handled.
• Adheres to company tool policies and maintains trade tools.
