Job summary

Deloitte is seeking Senior Business Analysts to join its Business Analysis team. You’ll independently lead business analysis activities on complex initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders, delivery teams and fellow Business Analysts.

You will work across our firm with a focus on enabling transformation, data-driven decisions and user experience improvements in a hybrid working model within the UK. You’ll mentor colleagues and help evolve the practice while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business analysis on complex initiatives.
• Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience defining benefits, success measures and benefits realization.
• Ability to mentor team members.
• Ability to map processes and write business cases.
• Comfort with agile and hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis activities on complex initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Work collaboratively with project, product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Support stakeholders to understand problems and shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Facilitate workshops and analysis activities to understand business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore opportunities to leverage data, automation and AI to improve processes and user experiences.
• Support and mentor other Business Analysts, contributing to growth of the practice.
• Collaborate across geographies to develop diverse contributions to solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in the team’s ways of working.
