• Proven experience in elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and system analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with BA tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work independently and in remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems is a plus.

You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and defining system requirements to enhance operational efficiency and client service within the Banking & Finance sector.
