Job summary

Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair surfaces for tenants and property managers in Loveland, CO. You will follow a 5-step repair process, document progress, and collaborate with a small team in a franchise setting.

The role emphasizes creativity, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service with a strong focus on safe, timely repairs. Training will be provided, with career advancement opportunities and a predictable daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors and match color accurately.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team to resolve questions.
• Follow the 5-step repair process and use each tool in the toolkit.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit to complete repairs.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity and efficiency.

• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have valid driver's license

Duties

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
