Job summary

Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is seeking a hands-on Surface Experts Technician to join our locally owned team. You’ll solve repairs in under an hour, use your creativity, and deliver world-class customer service to tenants and property managers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a personal hobby.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors and match color is a large part of what we do.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.

We Offer

• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses


• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Requirements
