Job summary

SJR National Repair Center, a division of Signet Jewelers Limited, seeks an Appraisal and Repair Administrator to coordinate client communications and internal processes at our Brentwood, TN facility. This role interfaces with Zale's and Kay's banners, ensuring timely responses and accurate appraisal documentation.

The position emphasizes first-point-of-contact duties, voicemail and email management, and collaboration with appraisers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Primary point of contact for banners and clients, setting expectations and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently manage voicemail and correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's and other clients.
• Manage and route the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and store-appraiser communications.
• Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in databases.
• Monitor stocks of appraisal collateral and supplies to ensure availability.
• Provide support to colleagues and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with appraisers and other parties to resolve issues promptly.
