Job summary

Signet Jewelers' SSW Appraisal and Repair team is seeking an Appraisal and Repair Administrator who will act as the first point of contact for Zale's and Kay's banners and clients, coordinating communications and routine administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Client relations: serve as the primary contact for Zale's and Kay's banners and other clients, setting expectations.
• Communication management: efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and correspondence between stores and Appraisers.
• Record keeping: update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases.
• Supplies management: monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral to ensure availability.
• Team support: provide necessary support to colleagues and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem solving: collaborate with Appraisers and others to resolve issues promptly.
