Qualifications

• Ability to track and manage appraisal orders end-to-end.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Mortgage industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Place and track appraisal requests per policy.
• Coordinate with AMCs and production staff.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of appraisal reports.
• Communicate status to internal/external customers.
• Escalate discrepancies and revisions as needed.
