Qualifications

• Prior banking experience with understanding of real estate lending preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation for proactive vendor follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Appraisal Review staff, loan personnel, and appraisers.
• Willingness to take beginner appraiser classes as time permits.

Responsibilities

• Appraisal engagement: engage and assign third-party appraisers for loan requests.
• Order monitoring & follow-up: track orders and resolve report issues with appraisers.
• Environmental risk pre-screens: conduct pre-screens and initiate Phase 1 when required.
• Roster & credential management: maintain approved appraiser list and licenses.
• Database & departmental support: assist in internal appraisal-related databases and tasks.
