Responsibilities

• Order Monitoring & Follow-Up: track orders and communicate with appraisers to meet deadlines.
• Environmental Risk Pre-Screens: conduct pre-screens and trigger Phase 1 when needed.
• Roster & Credential Management: maintain approved appraiser list and ensure licenses/insurance are active.
• Database Support: update real estate sales comparable database.
• Departmental Support: assist with additional Appraisal Review duties.
