Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Appraisal Coordinator - eStreet to support daily operations of the Corporate Appraisal Department. You will oversee orders across DTC, Retail, and TPO channels, ensuring compliance and timely completion.

You will collaborate with Underwriting, Processing, and Production teams to monitor progress, manage conditions, and communicate directly with appraisers to resolve issues as needed. This on-site role requires strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize appraisal orders within a designated region.
• Monitor workflow efficiency in the LOS and track progress from order to completion.
• Communicate with appraisers to coordinate assignments and resolve issues.
• Support underwriting, processing, and production teams to ensure alignment.
