This individual is responsible for scheduling incoming patient appointments with necessary physician according to referring doctor preference as well as ocular triage. Our scheduling team members always present with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years minimum experience in medical practice.

• Assists in general office duties and other duties, as requested.
• Assists with managing confirmation call software.
