Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships and driving business growth? Our brand is seeking a dynamic Cold Outreach/Appointment Setter to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. As a Cold Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through phone calls.

Base Salary + Commissions: $20/hour + 2-tiered performance-based Commission Structure

Needed Hours: 1-4h per day, 30+ calls per hour

Location: Fully Remote

*No sales on the call, only appointment setting is the goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospects to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
