Appointment Setter – Vantage Point Solar

Location: Fully Remote (Access to Downtown Dallas Office Available)Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission or Higher Commission only

Vantage Point Solar is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, committed to helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean, renewable energy. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote opportunity with access to our spacious downtown Dallas office for those who prefer an in-office environment.

Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads through outbound cold calling to set high-quality appointments for our sales team. This role requires previous appointment setting experience in a sales environment, a strong work ethic, and a sales-driven mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners and businesses to generate interest in solar solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales prospecting.
  • Solar appointment setting experience is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, determination, and a winner’s mentality.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a sales role.
