Appointment Setter - Inbound / Outbound (Remote)

Full-Time | Hourly + Incentives

Fully remote role. Must permanently reside in QC, ON, or BC. Applications from other locations will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Handle 100+ inbound & outbound calls daily
• Schedule in‑home and virtual appointments for sales teams
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
• Engage with customers via phone and chat
• Follow up on leads from web, social, and marketing campaigns
• Navigate up to three systems simultaneously while staying organized
• Track performance using metrics and CRM tools

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of call center, inside sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and professional
• Comfortable in a high‑volume, performance‑driven environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
