Honest Abe Roofing in southeast Michigan is hiring an Inside Sales professional to turn leads into appointments and provide a warm, customer-focused experience from first inquiry through project completion.

You’ll handle quick outreach, schedule qualified visits for Roofing Advisors, follow up on pending leads, and maintain accurate records in our CRM while helping the team grow in a fast-paced, locally owned business.

Qualifications

• Attitude, initiative, communication skills, and attention to detail matter most.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, and email
• Schedule qualified appointments for Roofing Advisors
• Follow up with leads who haven't scheduled yet
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations and no-shows
• Keep customer records accurate in our CRM
