Job summary

Bodenvy University Park is seeking a high-energy outbound Med Spa Appointment Setter to convert warm leads into consultations. This role offers base pay with bonuses, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance within a rapidly growing medical spa franchise.

You will handle 200+ outbound calls daily, answer inquiries, educate clients about Bodenvy services, and book same-day or next-day appointments while maintaining strong show rates. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Comfortable making 200+ calls per day.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone.
• Able to provide brief overview on Bodenvy services and offer free consultations.
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Evening availability until 9 PM required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
