Job summary

Miami First Remodeling is seeking appointment setters to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You will contact homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team. Training is provided and prior call center experience is a plus.

We offer a base wage of $15.00 per hour plus commissions, a cash show bonus, and daily/weekly incentives. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available in-office in Oakland Park, FL.

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Appointment Setters / Call Center Representatives to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will speak directly with homeowners who are considering home improvement projects and schedule qualified in-home consultations for our professional sales team.

Compensation & Performance Incentives

• Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Sales Commission: 0.5% commission on every completed job sold from your scheduled appointments (our remodeling projects typically range from $25,000 to $75,000+, creating substantial earning potential!)
• Show Bonus: $15.00 cash bonus for every completed appointment
• Daily & Weekly Incentives: Daily cash spiffs, weekly performance bonuses, and regular sales contests
• Earning Potential: Unlimited uncapped potential on top of your base hourly pay

Schedules & Hours

We offer flexible Full-Time and Part-Time shifts in our Oakland Park, FL office:

• Full-Time Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Days Off: Sunday + 1 mid-week day off
• Part-Time Schedule: * Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Days Off: Sunday off

Key Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners using company-provided leads and proprietary marketing data.
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify homeowners interested in remodeling their kitchens, bathrooms, or homes.
• Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments for our field sales team.
• Enter accurate prospect notes and maintain clean appointment records in our system.
• Maintain a positive, professional phone presence and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Attribute Requirements: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent verbal communication skills.

• Experience: Previous call center, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus— but not required. We will train the right candidates!

• Work Ethic: Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to earn performance cash bonuses daily and weekly.
