Job summary

Renuity in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Appointment Setter—Base plus Commission for an in-office expansion role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, build rapport, and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales team.

The position offers $15/hour base plus uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000+. Growth opportunities, plus health, dental, life, and disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match are

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center sales experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be tech-savvy with data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers and schedule consultation appointments for the outside sales team.
• Handle inquiries from multiple marketing sources (TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, direct mail).
• Place outbound calls to qualified leads with strong conversion rates; up to 40%.
• Manage and follow up on leads to hit sales and productivity goals.
• Follow schedule availability: Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30, 11:30–8:00; Sat 8:00–4:30 or 10:30–7:00; Sundays off.

About This Role

• Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts

• Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department

• Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail

• Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls

• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives

• Schedule availability needed:

  • Mon-Fri: 8am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8pm

  • Saturdays: 8am -4:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm

  • Sundays off

Key Qualifications

• At least one (1) year experience in call center sales preferred

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment or relevant customer-facing roles including hospitality, food and beverage, retail sales, direct marketing

• Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - plus!

• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to type 30 WPM or more

  • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently

• Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems

• Positivity, Flexibility,Determinationand a Persuasive personality

• High energy and willingness to learn
