Job summary

Toyota of Orlando is seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The role centers on a high-volume call center approach to schedule appointments for our Sales team and grow customer visits.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in customer service and strong communication skills, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are provided.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum standard of outbound calls to prospective customers
• Approach each call with a goal to set an appointment for customers to visit the dealership
• Answer sales calls and inquiries promptly, follow up with unsold customers
• Accurately record interactions with each prospective customer in the database
• Adhere to lead management plan guidelines for each lead in your database
• Respond to internet leads and inquiries
• Other reasonable duties as may be requested

Toyota of Orlando is looking for a bilingual, goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team!The Appointment Setter supports our sales efforts by contacting prospective customers in a call center environment. Communication with prospective customers is exclusively through a high volume of telephone contacts with a goal to schedule appointments for our Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a minimum standard of outbound calls to prospective customers
• Approach each call with a goal to transfer or set an appointment for customers to visit the dealership
• Answer sales calls and inquiries in a prompt and timely manner, and make any follow-up calls to unsold customers
• Adhere to lead management plan guidelines for each lead in your database
• Respond to internet leads and inquiries
• Accurately record interactions with each prospective customer in our database
• Other reasonable duties as may be requested

Requirements:

• 1-2 years customer service experience in an outbound calling environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Prior phone experience, required
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work evenings until 9:00 PM
• Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is required for this position and must be demonstrated during the hiring process
