We’re a lean website design & development agency helping Texas small businesses (plumbers, HVAC, real estate, etc.) get modern, high-converting sites online. We need a driven Virtual Appointment Setter to book discovery calls—then I’ll handle the selling.

Position Summary

You’ll receive a Google Sheet of cold leads and your sole mission is to reach out, qualify, and lock in30-minute discovery calls. You set your own hours (part- or full-time) within CT business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CT) and earn$50for every lead that turns into a closed client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead List Management:Work from a shared Google Sheet of50–500fresh cold leads daily based on how much time you are willing to invest
  • Outbound phone calls
  • (Optional) LinkedIn/Instagram DMs if contact info is available
  • Qualification & Scheduling:
  • Confirm interest, budget, and timeline
  • Book discovery calls into my calendar
  • Sheet & CRM Updates:Record outcomes, update statuses, and flag no-responses or disqualifications
  • Follow-Up:Send 1–2 follow-up touches to warm leads or to reschedule

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Texas Resident:Must live in Texas and operate in Central Time
  • Experience:≥ 1 year in B2B lead generation or sales development
  • Communication:Clear, confident phone presence and persuasive, concise writing
  • Self-Starter:Organized and goal-driven, able to hit weekly appointment targets independently
  • Tech Savvy:Comfortable with Google Sheets & Calendar (CRM experience is a plus)

Compensation & Workflow

  • Commission-Only:$50 per closed client you set
  • Flexible Schedule:Choose your own hours (part- or full-time) within CT business hours
  • Payout:Weekly direct deposit of commissions earned
