SalesRoads seeks a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct phone outreach to business executives and introduce our clients' products and services.
  2. Close deals and achieve sales targets.
  3. Hone your skills through comprehensive training and frequent coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B appointment setting.
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills for sales, not customer service.
  • Persuasive and confident speaker.
  • Quick learner and driven to succeed.
  • High-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Earnings and Benefits:
  • W2 earnings structure with base pay and uncapped commissions, totaling $40,000 to $55,000 per year for full-time positions.
  • Career paths from internships to senior-level management with room for growth.
  • Work-life balance with employee benefits such as PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.
  • Generous PTO program: 40 hours in the first year for full-time or part-time employees, 120 hours in the second year for full-time employees, plus any carry-over. Part-time employees receive 40 hours in the second year, plus any carry-over.
