BizzyCar, Inc. is a B2B SaaS company transforming automotive care by connecting manufacturers, dealers, and customers. The Call Center Representative supports our remote team by handling SMS inquiries, converting service leads into scheduled appointments, and logging details in our platform.

Based in St. Louis, MO, you will report to the Assistant Call Center Manager and work with BPO partners to ensure consistent messaging, quality service, and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a high-volume call center.
• Experience with SMS/text-based customer service or chat.
• Ability to handle high message/call volume while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written communication with concise texting style.
• Able to navigate multiple software systems independently.
• Strong time-management in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound SMS/text about recalls and service needs.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Log customer, vehicle, and appointment data accurately.
• Follow up on pending leads to maximize conversions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Assistant Call Center Manager.
• Build knowledge of BizzyCar platform and recall processes.
• Coordinate with BPO agents to ensure consistent service.
• Aim to meet KPIs like response time and conversions.
