Logan Services is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Dayton, OH team in a full-time, on-site role focused on appointment scheduling and lead qualification. You will connect with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and schedule in-home visits with Comfort Advisors, serving as the bridge between interested customers and our sales team.

You dont need to be an experienced salesperson—strong conversational skills and phone comfort are key.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with incoming leads by phone, text, and email.
• Speak with homeowners to understand needs and determine appointment suitability.
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home appointments with Comfort Advisors.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Build rapport and make a great first impression.
• Keep customer information accurate in our CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals.
