Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Lexington, SC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will handle inbound calls, qualify leads, schedule design consultations, and maintain lead data across multiple platforms, contributing to smooth client onboarding.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and metrics-driven, comfortable working with CRM systems and collaborating with sales, design, and operations teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or sales support preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working toward performance metrics.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls for all territories in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule design consultations accurately and efficiently.
• Qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with service offerings.
• Manage and update leads across Centah, Closetware, and Lowes systems.
• Track, follow up, and nurture leads to support sales conversion.
• Meet or exceed established conversion goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company brand.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams as needed.
