CommonSpirit Health in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to be the first point of contact, coordinating patient care and ensuring smooth scheduling across tests, procedures, and referrals.

You will handle phone calls, verify insurance, collect necessary information, and process co-pays in a compassionate, patient-centered manner within a healthcare setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required at hire.
• Healthcare scheduling experience preferred (2 years).
• Ability to collect insurance information and patient data.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the crucial first point of contact, connecting our patients with the expert care they need, playing a pivotal role in their healthcare journey.

Every day, you will expertly manage patient schedules, clarify instructions, and leverage technology to ensure seamless care coordination, all while offering compassionate support to diverse patient populations.

To be successful in this role, you will combine strong clinical understanding with exceptional technological proficiency, a deep commitment to patient well-being, and an adaptable spirit keen on learning and collaboration.

Pay Range

$18.15 - $25.63 /hour
