Job summary

Baylor St Luke's Medical Group is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact for patients, coordinating care and scheduling appointments across departments.

You will handle phone inquiries, verify insurance details, arrange pre-certifications, tests, and referrals, and provide compassionate support to diverse patient populations while maintaining accurate records and clear communication.

• High school education required and completed upon hire.
