Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating care and scheduling appointments. You will manage calls, verify information, and help ensure smooth care coordination across diverse patient populations.

In this role you will conduct pre-certifications, schedule tests and referrals, and communicate instructions for procedures while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered service.
