At West Shore Home, our mission is simple: Bring Happiness to Every Home. As an Appointment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in achieving this mission by ensuring our customers’ needs are met with seamless scheduling and exceptional service. By confirming appointments and coordinating our Sales schedules, you will directly contribute to the success of our Design Consultants and Sales Managers.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you can look forward to:

• Comprehensive Training: Kickstart your career with a four-week training program led by our expert Training & Development team.
• Efficient Scheduling: Manage appointment logistics, including timing, location, and Design Consultant availability.
• Proactive Dispatching: Ensure all issued appointments are staffed and Design Consultants are fully prepared for consultations.
• Customer Engagement: Confirm appointments, clarify project details, and maintain communication with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Appointment Retention: When customers express a desire to cancel, work to save the appointment by understanding their concerns and providing solutions.
• Sales Skill Development: Sharpen your sales and communication skills as you interact with customers, learning techniques that drive results and support our mission.

Key Details You Need to Know:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (with one weekday off and every Sunday off).
• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site).
• Seniority Level: Entry-level.
