Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in product development/design.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree alternative) required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct projects for design of high-speed connectors and cable systems.
• Collaborate with customers and management to develop custom products and meet requirements.
• Design for manufacturability to balance cost, performance, and process capabilities.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing, including training and customer visits.
• Coordinate, analyze, and conduct testing and qualifications to confirm specifications.
