Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Tennessee is seeking compassionate professionals to conduct one-on-one ABA therapy, implement BT interventions, and track client progress under supervision. You will help teach social and daily living skills and collaborate with BCBAs to adapt plans. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment encourages growth.

This in-person role offers opportunities for advancement and a strong focus on improving outcomes for individuals with developmental differences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• ABA training will be provided.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
