Magnet ABA Therapy in Smyrna, TN is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support individualized intervention programs under BCBA supervision. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and help families implement strategies at home and in daily activities.

You will collect data, track progress, and participate in adjustments to treatment plans while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
