Qualifications

• Hold a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Hold current BCBA certification with the BCBA-D designation, in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with the ABAI accreditation process as a program director, faculty member, or reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum sequencing; assessment and accreditation; licensure alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsibilities

• Accreditation timeline: propose milestones, dependencies and hiring needs.
• Standards crosswalk: map curriculum to ABAI standards with a gap analysis.
• Certification and licensure alignment: document BACB and state licensure alignment.
• Program communication: draft internal materials and review external materials.
• Meetings: attend project meetings with the AVP and Department Chair.
• Deliverables: submit deliverables per SME contract schedule.
• Confidentiality and AI use: protect university information and follow policy.
• Contract: adhere to SME contract; additional duties may be assigned.
