Herzing University seeks a Subject Matter Expert to guide the design and accreditation planning of a new MS in Applied Behavior Analysis. The SME will map curriculum to ABAI standards, plan milestones, and coordinate with program leadership to ensure compliant timelines and deliverables, including fieldwork alignment.

The role requires a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or ABA and a current BCBA‑D, with extensive experience in ABAI processes and online program development.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Current BCBA certification with BCBA‑D designation, in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with the ABAI accreditation process as a program director, faculty member, or reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum and course sequencing; assessment and accreditation; licensure alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Accreditation timeline: propose milestones, dependencies, and hiring needs across the program.
• Standards crosswalk: map curriculum to ABAI standards with gap analysis and revisions.
• Certification/licensure alignment: align curriculum and fieldwork with BACB requirements and state licensure.
• Program communication: draft internal materials and review external communications.
• Attend scheduled project meetings with AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and Department Chair-Behavioral Health.
• Submit deliverables on SME contract schedule and program structure requirements.
• Protect confidentiality and use AI tools per policy.
• Adhere to SME contract with possible additional duties.
