DeepIntent is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to embed with our US commercial and operations teams to build an operating system for automated AI agents. You will translate operational pain points into practical automation and software solutions that free up capacity for higher-value work.

You will collaborate across business and technical teams, delivering measurable impact and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Math/Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and shipping features.
• 2+ years of software development experience with deployed applications.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices.
• Curious, proactive, and able to work across business and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents that automate workflows across commercial operations.
• Collaborate with commercial and PMO teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Document tools and processes; monitor performance and reliability, and drive adoption.
