Job summary

Cloudera in United States (IL) seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. The role collaborates with the Chief Business Officer and senior leaders, driving governance, analytics, and strategic execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in sales strategy or operations, with strong CRM, analytics, and GTM experience, and the ability to translate data into compelling executive stories.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with CRM data and customer insights to form hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL is a strong plus.
• 6+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage AI adoption funnel and track progression through four core stages.
• Structure analytic frameworks to prioritize target accounts and workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR expansion.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy with major AI partners and ecosystems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and codify scalable delivery patterns.
• Support business planning and executive storytelling for investments.
